Expert Home Remodeling in Johns Creek, GA

Home remodeling in Johns Creek, GA means working with houses that were largely built between the mid-1980s and early 2000s. Many of these homes are ready for real updates. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and living areas that were built to builder-grade standards now have room to perform better and look sharper. At Impax Contracting, we handle the full scope as a licensed general contractor. That covers planning, demolition, structural work, finishes, and final inspection. Johns Creek has a high share of HOA-governed communities. Many require architectural review committee approval before exterior or structural work begins. We know that process and prepare the documentation your association needs. Whether your home sits in an established swim-tennis neighborhood or a larger lot community near the Chattahoochee corridor, we plan each project around your home's specific layout and your household's daily routine. Call Impax Contracting to schedule a walk-through of your Johns Creek home.

What parts of my Johns Creek home can Impax Contracting remodel?

Impax Contracting did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters! From first inspection to the final nail Mike and Blaze took care of everything. They worked with my insurance company and met with the adjusters to ensure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Impax Contracting.

We had a great experience with Impax and Blaze from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the roofing process. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job efficiently. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, and this company exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. Thank you for making the process so smooth!

I had a great experience with Impax Roofing. My insurance company initially denied my roof claim, but Blaze knew exactly how to handle the process and was able to get my roof approved. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything much less stressful. Impax Roofing also completed the job for less than the other quotes I received, without sacrificing quality. The roof looks great, the work was done professionally, and I’m very happy with the result. If you’re looking for a roofer who will fight for you with the insurance company while providing great pricing and quality work, I highly recommend Blaze and Impax Roofing.

This is an exceptional company that does excellent work. Blaze Burgess worked closely with my family for an affordable, thorough and complete roof replacement. I highly recommend Impax for any roof repair needs.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Blaze Burgess at Impax Consulting over the past month, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Blaze is extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely easy to work with. He consistently communicates clearly, shows up on time, and demonstrates a high level of expertise in every aspect of the job. On top of that, he’s friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Blaze and Impax Consulting for any construction project—you’ll be in great hands!
